These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of MK-01 Studios Ltd online and mobile applications, websites, services, and products (collectively, the "Services").

We develop and operate AI-driven experiences. Additional products or features may be released under these Terms unless otherwise specified.

We do not tolerate content or conduct that is harassing, hateful, obscene, or illegal. We reserve the right to remove any such content, and to suspend or terminate the accounts of violators without notice.
5. License & Use Restrictions
5.1 License Grant
MK-01 Studios Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. All rights not explicitly granted to you are reserved by MK-01 Studios Ltd.
5.2 Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Sell, resell, or sub-license our Services or outputs generated therein.
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the underlying software.
- Deploy bots or scrapers that extract data from our Services.
- Use the Services to violate any law or any third-party rights.
- Upload or distribute viruses or other harmful code.
- Harass, bully, threaten, defame, or otherwise use the Services to harm others.
5.3 Compliance with Laws
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including data protection laws.
6. User-Generated Content
6.1 Your Content ("User Data")
You may submit text, prompts, or other content ("User Data") through MK-01 Studios Ltd products. You represent that your User Data does not infringe upon the rights of any third party or violate any law.
6.2 License to MK-01
You grant MK-01 Studios Ltd a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt, translate, create derivative works, display, and otherwise exploit your User Data as necessary to operate, improve, and promote our Services.
6.3 Moderation and Removal
We may, at our discretion, remove or edit any User Data that we believe is inappropriate, unlawful, or violates these Terms, without liability to you.
7. AI-Generated Content
7.1 Ownership of Outputs
Any text, responses, or stories generated by our AI models when you use the Services ("Output Data") are owned by MK-01 Studios Ltd. We grant you a non-exclusive, personal, and non-commercial license to store, review, and share these outputs privately.
7.2 Limitations
You may not reproduce, publicly distribute, or sell the Output Data without MK-01's prior written consent.
7.3 Disclaimer
Because the outputs are entirely AI-generated, they may occasionally be inaccurate, offensive, or unexpected. You agree to use them at your own risk.
8. Fees & Payment
8.1 Free and Paid Tiers
Our Services may be offered as free or paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. We reserve the right to introduce or change fees at any time. If we do so, we will provide notice and allow you to opt out.
8.2 Refunds
Refunds for paid plans or in-app purchases, if any, are subject to the policies of the relevant platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) and any additional terms specified by MK-01.
9. Privacy & Data Handling
9.1 Privacy Policy
Your personal data is governed by our Privacy and Cookies Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that we may collect, store, and share personal data as described therein.
9.2 Data Retention
We reserve the right to retain or delete your User Data and personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable laws. We may also indefinitely retain anonymized or aggregated data for analytics and product improvement.

10.1 MK-01 IP
All trademarks, logos, software, code, text, images, and other materials (collectively, "MK-01 IP") used in the Services are the exclusive property of MK-01 Studios Ltd or our licensors. Except for the limited license granted to you above, no rights in or to any MK-01 IP are transferred to you.
10.2 Feedback
Any suggestions or ideas you provide (e.g., feature requests, bug reports) may be used by MK-01 without obligation to compensate you. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such feedback.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
11.1 "As Is" Basis
Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. We provide the Services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that they will produce any particular results.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 No Indirect Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MK-01 Studios Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the maximum total liability of MK-01 Studios Ltd for any claim under these Terms is £50 (or the equivalent in local currency).

Some outputs from MK-01 Studios Ltd products may appear emotional, empathetic, or personal. These outputs:

- If you need professional help (e.g., mental health support, medical care), seek a qualified provider.
14. Termination
14.1 Your Right to Terminate
You may stop using the Services at any time. Deleting the app or ceasing use constitutes termination.

We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately and without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Illegal or harmful activity
- Extended periods of inactivity
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- All licenses granted to you under these Terms end immediately.
- We may delete or anonymize your data (subject to our legal obligations and the Privacy Policy).
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination (e.g., Disclaimers, Limitations of Liability, Intellectual Property) remain in effect.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and MK-01 Studios Ltd consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, without restricting any rights you may have under local consumer protection or data protection laws.
16. General
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy and Cookies Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and MK-01 Studios Ltd regarding the Services, superseding all prior agreements.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
16.3 Assignment
We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
16.4 No Waiver
If we fail to enforce any part of these Terms, it does not mean we waive the right to enforce them later.
